do I have to leave the deposit?

Yes, deposits are required in order to book your event with the entertainment that you request.

The good news is that deposit is only $25.

Will my entertainment arrive on time?

Our entertainers strive to arrive at your function at the time they are scheduled to start, and an event that the entertainer is going to be late, either they will call you the customer, or we will give you a courtesy call!

How long do I have to cancel my party?

You have 48 hours to cancel your party entertainment if you do not cancel within that 48-hour timeframe. Half the final balance will be charged to your credit card, this is nonrefundable! The good news is that you can use the balance charged as credit towards your next event.

What happens if the entertainer does not arrive?

We very rarely have an issue with our entertainers not arriving at an event, but situations do happen and if the entertainer does not arrive your event you will receive a full refund for your deposit as well as a free party entertainment credit for your next event!

Do I have to provide anything for your entertainer?

All the entertainers need is a little bit of space to perform, all you have to provide are the children and the smiles.

What if the entertainer that I want not available that is posted on your site?

If you see in entertainer that is on our site, specifically want them we will do our best to see if they’re available for your event, if not we will let you know that they’re not available and suggested next best entertainer that is available.

Will I definitely receive the entertainer that is on your site?

The magic palace what you see is what you get, we do not promise any entertainer to our customers that is not available. Many of our competitors will promise you one entertainer and you will receive another. We simply don’t do this because we care about our reputation; we only book what you see.

I Have seen clowns cheaper on other websites, are you negotiable?

As the old saying goes “you get what you pay for” we provide high quality entertainers, for the prices that are stated on our site, we specialize in making sure that you get excellent value for your money. All of our entertainers have over eight years’ experience in the party planning field. Some of our competitors hire underage workers, who are inexperienced, and are amateur in the field entertainment! Which would you rather have?

How long have you guys been doing this?

We have been booking and providing entertainment for over 10 years!

HOW LONG IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY EVENT?

we urge our customers to book at least two months in advance, this way you can reserve the entertainer that you want without having to worry about it there available or not.

ARE YOUR CLOWNS SCARY?

some of our clowns do wear makeup, but you can request them not to wear makeup. We screen all of our entertainers to make sure that they are not scary. You can also check out our gallery and their pictures to ensure that they’re not scary.

ARE YOUR COSTUMES AND EQUIPMENT IN GOOD CONDITIONS?

Our costumes and equipment are of the highest quality.

Our equipment is kept clean and regularly maintained. We own (we don’t rent) all of our own costumes, so you can be sure that our costumes are very clean and fresh, with no rips or stains.

DO YOU ACCOMMODATE RELIGIOUS EVENTS?

Yes, please let us know what you require and we will make sure to accommodate your request.

WHAT AGE GROUPS DO YOU TARGET?

Our Entertainers target all ages there is no specific age group.
